Welcome to AIQScore™ ("AIQScore", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using aiqscore.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

AIQScore™ is an independent AI benchmarking and certification framework designed to assess, measure, benchmark, and certify AI literacy, AI application capability, AI readiness, and AI governance competencies across individuals, educational institutions, enterprises, and government organizations.

You must:

• be at least 18 years of age, or
• have parental/guardian consent if you are under 18,
• provide accurate information,
• maintain the confidentiality of your account.

Users agree not to:

• impersonate another person
• cheat during assessments
• share assessment questions
• misuse certificates
• attempt unauthorized access
• interfere with platform security

Violation may result in suspension or permanent revocation of certification.

Assessment results reflect performance at the time of testing.

AIQScore™ reserves the right to:

• modify assessments
• update scoring methodologies
• invalidate fraudulent attempts
• require identity verification

Certificates remain valid subject to:

• successful verification
• compliance with these Terms
• absence of fraud or misconduct

AIQScore™ reserves the right to suspend or revoke certificates obtained through dishonest means.

are owned by RYQLEX (OPC) Private Limited.

We do not guarantee employment, admission, promotion, or commercial success based on AIQScore™ results.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
