Refund & Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, assessment fees are generally non-refundable once:

• an assessment has started,
• certification processing has commenced,
• digital reports have been generated.

Refunds may be approved where:

• duplicate payment occurred
• technical failure prevented assessment
• payment processed but service not delivered

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Where applicable users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation stops future renewals.

Previously paid fees remain non-refundable unless required by law.
